Why all the plastic products manufactured in China why can't we manufacture in UK?

1. Simple: cheap labour.
2. Most probably because the advantage of low production cost due to cheaper labour costs in China. Compared to UK, China direct labour cost is approximately 24 times lower.
3. China has unbelievably cheap labor. Owners of the means of production have moved to outsource jobs/production as much as possible to China for manufacturing. They then bring the products back into their local market areas, and sell those products at local market prices as if local labor was used and expensed. They thereby take the value of the difference of that labor between China and local labor pools for their own profit usually with the blessing and sometimes aid from governments.

6. Global socialism which is being further pushed by the "global warming" crowd of idiots. The more we lose jobs in industrialized countries, the more we become like 3rd world nations.
